Privacy notes

Draft for owner review. This describes the current static-site setup, not legal advice or a lawyer-reviewed policy. Jack should review and revise it before relying on it publicly.

What this version does

The site serves static pages. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, accounts or a connected mailing-list service. The questionnaire and calculator run in your browser without sending your answers to us. They are not saved by this site.

Email you choose to send

Forms open your email application. You decide whether to send. If you send Jack a message, its contents and email address are handled by your email provider and Jack’s mailbox provider. Do not include sensitive personal information. Ask Jack to remove correspondence or stop future updates by emailing jack@decisiongov.com; removal may be subject to ordinary mailbox backups or legal retention duties.

Hosting and outbound sites

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Supplier websites have their own privacy practices. This draft does not describe or promise control over their data handling.

Local event hooks

Basic interaction events are placed in a temporary JavaScript data layer on the page, with no network analytics destination. They contain page names and equipment identifiers, not form contents. Adding analytics, cookies or a mailing service requires a policy review first.
